FCAW and SMAW welding for unlimited steel plate thickness and 6G Pipe Qualified welder.

Years of experience with full penetration welds that are X-ray or ultrasound quality.

Aluminum, Cast Aluminum, Stainless Steel, Titanium, Carbon Steel, Cast Steel and some Cast Iron

Welding Processes: 

Multi process welding with a wide range of experience. Mobile welding setup and a place to weld larger equipment outside.

Welding processes: SMAW, GTAW, GMAW, FCAW, brazing, soldering, OXY fuel cutting, plasma cutting, air arc to name a few. 

Welding Repair Services:

Repair heavy equipment, perform hard-facing, fix buckets, skids, weld on and fix off road equipmemt, excavation equipment, farm equipment, fix broken welds, replace the bottom of worn out buckets, replace teeth on buckets, complete penetration welding, fix handrails, fix railings, fix stairs, fix hinges or replace them, straighten bent metal and perform many other welding repairs.

Metal Fabrication:

Build gates, enclosures, toolboxes, hinges, cages, fences, custom brackets, ramps, frames, benches, window well covers, steel planter boxes, In ground planter boxes with fire pits, cut holes, make guards, tables, chairs, heavy duty clothes lines, swing sets and many other types of custom welding projects. 

Equipment Operation:

Forklifts, scissor lifts and man-lifts.
